5 Good Nonprofit Infographics

Who doesn’t love a good infographic? Especially when they help reveal a lot of information in a visual format. Here are five good nonprofit infographics worth looking at.

1. World Giving Index

Charities Aid Foundation looked at three different types of charitable behavior – giving money, giving time and helping a stranger and used the results to produce the “World Giving Index.” Read the entire report to learn more about global trends.

2. Charity and Technology in the Online Universe

This infographic from Mashable and Shane Snow puts social good into better context with donation numbers, growth charts, and some comparisons to its offline counterparts. Includes data from Blackbaud, American Red Cross, MobileMarketer.com, and the Chronicle of Philanthropy.

3. Nonprofit Economy

NPQ’s Illustrated Nonprofit Economy explores the financing of the nonprofit sector. Based on 2006 data, the chart features the 10 major sources of revenue for U.S. nonprofits, coupled with the 10 major activity areas of charitable organizations to diagram the relative flow of money from each source to each activity area.

4. 2011 eNonprofit Benchmarks Study

A visual version of the 2011 eNonprofit Benchmarks Study by M+R Strategic Services and NTEN. Get the latest data on email open rates, social media usage, email churn, and more.

5. The Truth About Donor Research

This comes from the report Money for Good: The US Market Opportunity for Impact Investments and Charitable Gifts from Individual Donor and Investors. A lot of good information about how donors research their giving to nonprofits.
